🐚 Is Life Is Strange Worth It
Serenyx. • 2 yr. ago. Personally I have really loved the first Life is Strange, it was quite an intense experience! Maybe 40$ USD but it's almost 60$ for me. If you're just wanting to get Life Is Strange, with no interest in Before the Storm nor True Colors, you can probably pick up the old version. Here in the UK, it's available for £16 (all prices I give here are rounded up to the next pound), while BtS is £14, for £30 total, while the Remastered
Life is Strange: True Colors. Price is ridiculous. I paid 20 bucks or less for the first game which had a unique story line. That game was worth 20 bucks, no question. This game looks interesting, but not 108 dollars interesting, not even 80 dollars interesting.

This Life Is Strange prequel is what fans considered Life Is Strange 3 before True Colors was announced. In Before the Storm, we play Chloe Price, Max’s best friend. Her story comes before the events in the first Life Is Strange game. Before Max ever comes back to Arcadia Bay, Chloe is trying to cope with new changes in her life.
Life is Strange 2 is different, and given some time after the ending and thinking back on it I don't think I enjoyed it anywhere near as much as the first one or even BTS. The further we get away from LiS 2 the less I like it in hindsight, especially after replaying 1 recently.

Life Is Strange: True Colors is a story about the complexity of emotion, and it works incredibly well. That said, this version of Life Is Strange: True Colors is at a disadvantage to its siblings on other platforms, because the Nintendo Switch does lack the sheer power of a PC, PS5, or Xbox Series X. Supporting the game is a good idea, let's not forget that DontNod is a small studio, they created Life is Strange to literally save this studio and they created a game that does not call money, otherwise they would have make an entirely different game.
